If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went into the store yesterday to return an Amazon package. I didn't have a return label, so the lady at the counter told me that it would be $2 and some change to print the label. I didn't have cash with me in the store, so I told her that I had to run to my car to get the money. I did that & returned to the store within 1 minute. I paid & she gave me a receipt. Today, I received an email stating that I did not pay for a label & my package would not be sent. I called the store & the lady that waited on me answered the phone & said that I didn't pay & said here's my manager & put the lady with the green hair (the manager) on the phone. The manager said that I needed a receipt & that she was standing right next to the lady that waited on me the previous day & she was told that I didn't pay so they wouldn't mail the package unless I could provide the receipt. I printed the label and returned to the store and asked the lady that waited on me did I not go to my car, get money & pay yesterday and she said no I did not & turned her head. I was very angry at this point because why is she blatantly lying? Why couldn't she accept accountability & admit that she messed up & either lost the label or just simply didn't print it? I told her not to lie and that she was negligent in performing her job.I then gave them the label that I printed & used it because I wasn't about to pay again. I went home, FOUND THE RECEIPT & TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE. She was looking stupid then, because she was adamant about me not paying. She proceeded to say everyone makes mistakes, etc. No, that wasn't a mistake. She basically accused me of trying to get over on $2 because she DIDN'T DO HER JOB & flat out lied and said that I did not pay when she knew I did. Had I not found the receipt, it would've been my word against her & green hair's word. To top it off, when I left the first time, they were in the store talking about the incident in front of other customers because a customer came out and told me...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Since I provided MY OWN LABEL & paid for something that WASN'T USED, either the green hair manager or the store owner, Mr. Joseph Polo owes me $2.41. It's not the amount of money, but the principle and I want my refund expeditiously. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GREEN HAIR AND THE CLERK. I did call corporate to make a formal complaint and based on the reviews, it seems they provide HORRIBLE service overall.

So I recently moved back to Indiana from Nevada and have been having packages sent to this store as it’s down the street from my house. I have bulk mail sent from a mailing address in Nevada direct to the store. My first packages there were fine no problem. Lately, I have been having issues retrieving my packages and over paying for them. I have had issues with this heavy set black guy that workers there. For some reason when I come in looking for my packages he always gives me trouble. The fist time he said he didn’t have any packages sent for my name. This was incorrect as the package was there. The next time I come in it’s with another associate he says the same thing, even though I’m speaking with another associate yet the package is sitting right behind them on the counter. Now, my last straw the sender are I are told multiple different things in trying to locate my last delivery. We were told it was transferred to usps. Waiting from July 19 until Aug 3 the person who sent me the package calls looking for my mail and are told it was sent back to Nevada due to me not picking it up after 1 day rudely by the associate. Yet, I never even know where the package was sent. I’m fed up with this location and something needs to be done about them. Especially, since we can’t call corporate to report our issues. The people at this location SUCK and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau tomorrow. FedEx will be a great substitution.

I needed a document notarized and a staff member was so rude. I made a few mistakes but I could easily correct it. It's worth the time to deal rude people. I know people have a hard time on the job. Please just smile and be grateful for the breath in your lungs.

Brought a package to be overnight shipped. Not only did they put it in as regular shipping, but they typed in the wrong street name (after distinctly spelling it) and typed in the most random zip code. None of the employees seemed to really care about their job. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I recently came to this ups to help locate a package I’ve lost , And I spoke with a young man with glasses named justyn I believe, and he was AMAZING, very sweet very patient and is a people’s person I high recommend this ups and I recommend this young man. Thanks you for you’re help.
